Please give 2-3 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day.
Standard Royal Mail shipping will take between 2-10 business days depending on your location within the United Kingdom.
*Shipping times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods like Christmas and sales dispatch times may vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge a flat fee of £35 for all international orders, regardless of quantity.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, which we do not cover and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Shipping times may vary, but here is a rough estimation:
Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days or 15-20 business days depending on location
Europe: 10-15 business days
USA: 10-15 business days
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Contact us at hello@chiswickcandleco.co.uk with the items you'd like to return. Please include 'return' and your order number in the subject line.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It could take between 2-5 days for the parcel to get to us. Once received, processing a return usually takes place within 3-5 business days. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item/s and issue you with store credit.
Store credit can be used on any items but cannot be applied to shipping. The customer must pay for the extra shipping.
