At the moment, we only ship our candles to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If you are making a significant order (30 candles or more), then this might be possible. Please contact hello@chiswickcandleco.co.uk to speak to one of our friendly staff.

There are a number of reasons we use soy wax in our scented candles. It's a natural plant-based wax that has a subtly sweet smell. It's also great to work with, has a low melting temperature (making it safer) and comes from renewable sources.

We use cotton wicks in our scented candles. The reason for this cotton is a plant-based material. They're also easy to maintain and work with and provide a nice, consistent flame when burnt.

In line with our ethos of causing minimal harm to the planet, we ensure our packaging is fully recyclable.

Our luxury candle boxes are sturdy and long-lasting, so perfect for re-purposing. We've known customers to turn them into trinket boxes!

Our candle ingredients are also fully biodegradable.

We quality check each and every candle by eye, but there may be instances where you'd like to request a return.
