Chiswick Candle Company was born from a need for natural, heavenly smelling scented candles that don't cost the earth (in both senses of the word).

We keep our ingredients natural and our methods of candle-making traditional; melting, mixing and pouring by hand.

Every candle is made with the earth in mind.

Our candles are made from 100% Eco Soy wax and aromatherapy-grade essential oils. You'll never find a synthetic scent or drop of paraffin in any of our products.

We use recyclable glass - which can also be reused once you've finished burning - cotton wicks and ink-free labels.

WHY CHOOSE NATURAL & PARAFFIN-FREE CANDLES?
A Chiswick Candle Company, we derive as many of our ingredients from Mother Nature as we can. Not just because it lowers the impact on the environment, but because it's better for your health.

Firstly, we opt for soy wax because it's paraffin free. Paraffin is made from petrol and releases harmful chemicals into the surrounding air when burning. Natural wax candles, on the other hand, burn more cleanly, they're gathered from renewable sources and they're biodegrade. If you burn candles regularly, natural is the way to go.

As with many natural ingredients, they're best used when they're fresh. That's why we make our candles in small batches, so when they reach you, they're at their peak. Soy wax is also beautiful to work with. It takes on the natural colour of the essential oils and as it sets, it ripples and crystallises as it tries to return to its natural state.
